The Montour Falls Memorial Library Board of Trustees 2026 meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 4pm unless otherwise noted. Meetings are held at the Library and are open to the public. Public Expression is first on every meeting agenda, is limited to 3-5 minutes per person, and is an appropriate time to share and be heard. For presentations to the board, or conversations and inquiries that require follow-up or a discussion, please reach out to be added to the agenda and/or to schedule a meeting with the appropriate parties.
Due to seasonal open hours and annual board vote of scheduled meetings, you may arrive for a board meeting and see that the library is closed. We try to keep an eye on the door but please knock gently or call the library so we can let you in to join us. (607)535-7489
Next Meeting: Thursday, August 20th, 2026 at 4pm in the East Room of the Montour Falls Library. At the circulation desk, take a right, and the East Room is on your left. If you prefer using a ramp over the front stairs, go around the corner to the rear of the building. The ramp goes from the sidewalk to the back door. Please ring the doorbell and someone will let you in.
2026 Board Meeting schedule: January 15 & 26, February 19, March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19, and December 17. We will not meet in July 2026.
